Key Responsibilities

2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role
Ability to work a US-based schedule of 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Central Time
Access to a reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp
Comfortable following structured problem-solving expectations
