About this team

The DC Technology team is a highly-motivated and knowledgeable squad that is responsible for making sure all DCs running on the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System are supported from DC peripheral devices to back end application components to support Manhattan WMS. Outside of DC peripheral devices and back end support the team also partners with different vendors for DC MHE. We are seeking an experienced and positive Hardware Specialist to be located at our Columbus facility who can work in a fast-paced and fun environment possessing excellent problem solving and people skills. We are a small but powerful team supporting the second largest labor force in the company!

A day in the life :

• Work on DC peripheral devices include the following : RF devices Voice devices PCs Wifi & printers
• Manager and oversee all hardware issues repairs and track maintenance for the devices
• Support assigned projects - meet project timelines support the delivery of project goals and objectives and resolve project problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on printers autobaggers and DC peripherals
• Leads the other Associate Support Analysts on the campus (who are likely on different shifts)
• Acts as primary POC for DC operations team on their campus and possibly multiple nearby campuses.
• Assists is hardware purchases across all DCs
