Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and operations, supervising 3-5 maintenance technicians across two shifts. Your role will include managing inventory and spare parts tracking systems, prioritizing and managing CMMS and PM programs, and supervising day-to-day tasks and their completion. Additionally, you will generate reports to track maintenance expenditures and machine downtime. This hands-on role requires working alongside other technicians, completing PMs, and performing reactive maintenance on coil processing equipment, shear cutters, conveyors, rollers, hydraulics, pneumatics, drop tables, motors, gears, bearings, forklifts, and more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the maintenance department and operations.
• Manage a team of 3-5 maintenance technicians across two shifts.
• Oversee inventory and spare parts tracking systems.
• Prioritize and manage CMMS and PM programs.
• Supervise day-to-day tasks and ensure their completion.
• Generate reports to track maintenance expenditures and machine downtime.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, including PMs and reactive maintenance on various equipment.
• Grow, develop, and train the entire maintenance department.

Work Environment

Our facility is large and equipped with large-scale metal processing equipment in an open concept, bright, and well-ventilated space. Enjoy working in a brand-new cafeteria with extra incentives for use at the market. The standard hours are Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm, with the flexibility to work late if equipment issues arise and availability for calls outside these hours.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
