• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.

Candidate requirements

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
