Rotating first / second shifts; straight second; third shifts.

Expected Starting Salary Range :  50.80 - 64.91

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Required : Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy OR PharmD DegreePharmacist License in the state of Ohio or receipt within three (3) months of your date of hire
