WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of the Accounting Department, the  Payroll Administrator  will share in the responsibilities of processing payroll, posting payroll journal entries, onboarding new hires, managing benefits, including 401(k) and insurance, maintaining employee records, answering employee questions, and other duties as assigned while working closely with the accounting team. A great attitude and an upbeat personality are a must. Other expectations may include :

• Administer payroll through an outside payroll company
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with vendors and an outside payroll company
• Collaborate with team members and other departments within the company
• Make some adjusting entries to the General Ledger
• Assemble and present necessary reports
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
