Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of licensed sales agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy addendums
Provide training and support to agents regarding contracts, risk management, and state real estate law
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage operations
Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing agents
Experience managing a team of no less than 50 agents
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset
