A company is looking for a Life and Annuity Agent to join their telesales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound telesales calls to educate clients on life insurance and annuity products
Use virtual tools to complete the full sales cycle remotely
Perform needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate financial protection and retirement income solutions
Qualifications
Active Life Insurance License is required
2+ years of telesales or phone-based sales experience in insurance or financial services
Strong knowledge of life insurance and annuity products
Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
Self-disciplined and goal-oriented, able to work independently in a remote environment
