Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of service and food quality are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent service and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage the restaurant budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
