A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee proposal, quote, and contract creation and workflows for timely and accurate delivery
Maintain and optimize sales enablement tools, templates, and documentation
Lead training and mentorship for Sales Operations and Sales team members on tools and processes
Required Qualifications
4-6 years' experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related analytical role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications preferred, or equivalent work experience
Experience with CRM, RFPIO, and Connectwise is a plus
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior team members
