MRI Technologist 245893

Length of Contract : 13 weeks

Shift : 3x12-hr shifts 8am to 8p or 11am-11pm (36 HRS / WEEK)

Patient Volume : Pax scheduled every 20-30 min

Equipment : - E UV PACS + GE MRI

EHR : Royal Solutions; PACs

Procedure (how long and what type) : cross-sectional radiographs of patient's body for diagnostic purposes

Type of Facility (inpax or outpax) : Outpatient; private radiology practice 50 years old.

Day to Day Duties : MRI scans; if multi-modalilty trained, can help in other areas.

Certificates and Licenses :

MRI specialty training certification (ARRT-MR), NYS RT License with Injection, active BLS training.

All technologists performing MRI examinations must meet the minimum criteria listed below :

• ARRT registered as an MR technologist
• New York State Registered Technologist with Injection
• Active BLS
• COVID-19 Vaccination Required
