Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee and process our bi-weekly payroll for a workforce of 200+ employees. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise with ADP Workforce Now (WFN), exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex payroll activities in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of payroll processing experience.


• ADP Workforce Now (WFN) experience required.


• Experience processing payroll for 200+ employees.


• Strong understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll best practices, and tax regulations.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general HRIS usage.


• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
