Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled experienced veterinarian to join our team at San Diego Bay Animal Hospital . The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care and possess excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients. You will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff and will work closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager.

We are equipped to thoroughly address our patients' needs with an in-house lab suite, digital radiology, ultrasound, digital dental radiology, therapeutic laser, mobile orthopedic surgeon, and much more.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable with routine and emergency surgeries and is able to work a flexible schedule. This position offers a tremendous case-load & phenomenal earning potential. Starting Salary ($160K-$180k) depending on experience plus an additional no negative accrual quarterly production plan.
