CuppaCoffee in Boston is a local Boston company that has both brick and mortar locations and two mobile espresso concepts. We are looking for baristas and entrepreneurs to join our 8 person strong team. We are located for this position at Arsenal Yards Watertown MA. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged and must have experience making espresso based drinks at an independent coffee shop. Cuppacoffee is looking for Baristas that perhaps want more than just working in a coffee shop and seek ownership and long term benefits from a career in coffee.
