Our client company was founded in Orlando over sixty years ago and began with just the founder and two employees. They manufactured concrete block three days a week and delivered block three days a week depending on demand. The founder's spouse was technically a fourth employee, but she was not on the payroll. She would spend Florida days without air conditioning, sitting in her car doing the bookkeeping because they had no office. As time went on, they conservatively grew their business from one plant to five plants under a single roof. This successful team worked together for over fifty-two years. Now, the company is managed by the third generation of the family with ten other locations besides Orlando.

The company has an immediate need for several Cement Drivers (manual ten speed transmission and ready mix) based out of their Tampa and Lakeland locations. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications and experience :

• A valid CDL A License and a clean driving record
• Must have a minimum of two years' driving experience
• Monday through Friday early morning (2am-5am) to early afternoon (sometimes Midnight start time)
• Able to work overtime when required (some Saturdays)
• Can pass a drug screen, background check, and meet DOT requirements

These are temporary to direct hire positions with full benefits after going direct.
