Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for field sales teams, providing support for system access and inquiries
Create and utilize reporting to monitor activities and track progress against sales goals
Coordinate with training teams and provide problem resolution for escalated field sales concerns
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office-related roles required
2+ years of experience in health insurance or related fields preferred
Experience with technical writing and agent certification is advantageous
