Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Full-Time – Remote in Tennessee

We specialize in connecting Licensed Mental Health Professionals with clients across the country through a secure and user-friendly online platform. This remote position is perfect for LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs who take pride in providing exceptional care. You’ll work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical interactions.

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation : $100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform virtual assessments and design customized treatment plans.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to meet client needs.
Collaborate with clients to define goals and track progress.
Provide telehealth services to enhance accessibility.
Maintain timely and thorough documentation.
Participate in professional development to stay informed on best practices.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology

Active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.

At least 2–3 years of clinical experience with strong communication and case management skills.
