Job Specification:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hospital Liaison to join our team. The Hospital Liaison plays a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration between our hospital and external healthcare providers, community organizations, and patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to our community.

Hospital Liaison Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals

• Gather and analyze data on referral patterns, patient demographics, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal departments to address patient needs and concerns

Hospital Liaison Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• With experience in Skilled Nursing Facility
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
