[job_card.job_description]Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related discipline or equivalent experience. 3 or more years of related experience in data reporting required, 5 or more years preferred. Must have Workers Compensation experience. Experience in the insurance industry preferred. Knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel & SQL. Knowledge of Unit Statistical Reports and Indemnity Data Call submissions to NCCI and other reporting bureaus. Excellent analytical skills; have a high level of attention to detail. Strong planning and organizing skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong self-starter, balanced with a desire to achieve team goals.

What you will be doing as the Senior Data Reporting Analyst :
- Support our Workers Compensation reporting.
- Analyze monthly Unit Statistical Reports to correct data and ensure reporting accuracy
- Effectively utilizes reporting procedures that designate the use of checklists and submission logs.
- Collects and analyzes data for validity and accuracy in preparation of assigned reports.
- Develops and maintains department databases and assesses quality of data used in reports.
- Develop knowledge of data sources content and structure to assess the quality of data.
- Use Workers Compensation reporting knowledge to educate underwriters and claim adjusters on requirements. Identify and make recommendations for resolution of identified issues in data and reporting quality.
- Utilizes department / company software to prepare moderately complex data queries.
- Develops understanding of industry products / coverages and applies that knowledge to support business activity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
