PrideStaff is actively searching for a Returns Admin for our client located in Denver. This is a temp to hire based on performance and client need.

Qualifications:

• Return desk and/or order desk and order entry experience preferred, but not necessary
• Candidate must be an organized team player with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Able to multi-task efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Detail oriented
• Organized
• Self-starter
• Energetic
• Dependable

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer returns and/or order entry
• Light purchasing responsibilities
• Assist sales and engineering staff with equipment inquiries
• Maintaining job files
• General customer service
• Assistance with rental and sales inventory
