• One of the largest practices in AL is looking for a polished and organized Gastroenterologist to join their practice in Birmingham
• Must do ERCP and EUS procedures
• Become a partner in one year
• 1 : 8 hospital rotation for one week, 1 : 4 weekday call (no hospital work)
• Multispecialty group with 26 physicians
• B / C or B / E
• In-office ancillaries
• Work in an established practice serving upscale patients
• Allscripts EMR, in-office lab procession & x-rays
• CT (new in 2016) can do low dose screening and calcium scores, Ultrasound (2), Echo, Nuclear, Bone Densitometry, retinal imaging, pulmonary function, nuclear studies all in-office
• In-house lab (over 800,000 tests per year)
• Convenient office location within 400 bed-hospital
• 54% Blue Cross, 35% Medicare
• Backlog of 200 gastroenterology cases with upwards of 20 referrals per day
