HIRING - SLP-CCC (ASL Fluent)

Amergis Staffing is looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) that is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to support in the Orange County schools for the upcoming 25 / 26 school year!

Requirements :

Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California (required)

Experience working in a school setting as a Speech Language Pathologist (required)

Valid CCC (required)

ASL Fluent

Possession of one of the following certifications is highly desired :

National Interpreter Certification (NIC)

Certified Deaf Interpreter (CDI)

ASL Level 4 or above

What We Offer :

Monday - Friday || 37-40 hours a week

Pay Rate starts at $75 / hour and goes up DOE

Travel package available to those who qualify!

Start date : Immediate interview via Zoom

Shift is between the hours of 7am-5pm (during school hours)

Responsibilities :

Provides skilled speech therapy services / interventions to patients with speech, language and / or hearing deficits in accordance with physician orders

Assesses patient needs; plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions

Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Instructs patient / family / caregivers on patient's total speech therapy program

Other Speech Language Pathologist duties as assigned

Please note that this pay range represents a good faith estimate of the compensation that will be offered for this positon based on the circumstances. The actual pay offered to a successful candidate will take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and other variable factors.
