Job Description

As a Logistics Analyst, you will interface with existing and potential customers to deliver inbound ocean (FCL and LCL), air import, and truck freight rate estimates upon request. You will utilize available systems, database subscriptions, carrier service guides, email communications, and internet research to develop the most efficient route and pricing for the requested service. Your role involves negotiating rates with carriers to ensure coverage of new and existing business, delivering rate estimates to customers accurately and promptly, and assisting with onboarding new customers into the system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international bookings between shippers and consignees on behalf of our customers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quotations.
• Engage in daily communication with overseas offices and logistics partners.
• Research pricing and transportation document discrepancies, and report findings.
• Work closely with department managers and sales personnel, playing a key role in RFQ / RFP responses.
• Oversee billing accuracy and ensure client-specific rate structures are correctly applied.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00 / hr.
