A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep I.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims with accuracy and courtesy
Document inquiries and complaints in a computer database promptly and clearly
Meet attendance and call quality standards while performing job functions accurately
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of customer service and / or call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care
Knowledgeable of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance and medical terminology
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Ability to gather and assess information from multiple systems
Must pass a criminal background check and meet vaccination requirements
