Caregiver Jersey City Area (Orientation in North Bergen)

At Senior Helpers of North Hudson, we believe care is more than just a job it's a calling. We're growing and looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to help seniors live life with dignity and joy at home. Hiring is limited to New Jersey residents.

Where you'll make an impact:

• Provide friendly companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities like grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Offer medication reminders (no medication administration required)
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings when needed (public transportation is fine)
• Communicate updates and observations to our care team

What we're looking for:

• Active New Jersey CHHA license (required)
• Recent TB test
• CPR certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Cleared background check
• Reliable transportation (car not required public transportation is okay!)
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable spirit

Location details:

• Orientation takes place at our North Bergen office.
• After orientation, daily work will be local to Jersey City and surrounding neighborhoods (07304, 07306, etc.).
