The Opportunity

As part of the Risk & Independence Managed Services team, you will lead initiatives focused on risk management and quality, driving strategic solutions that enhance the Firm's operations. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, oversee multiple projects, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, making sure that risk management policies and guidance are effectively applied to new strategies and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence business growth while mentoring the next generation of leaders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is : $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
