Your Mission

We're looking for an experienced Local Class A CDL Driver to join our team - a professional who takes pride in delivering equipment (heavy, small and aerial) safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first attitude. From earthmovers to excavators , you'll be the trusted face of ERS, ensuring our customers get the right equipment, right on time, every time.

What You'll Do

Deliver and retrieve a variety of equipment to and from job sites across Oregon and Washington

Safely load, secure, and unload machinery and attachments (lowboy experience is a plus!)

Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Keep your truck clean, compliant, and road-ready , including DOT and annual inspections

Report and record equipment condition, ensuring everything is in top operating order

Provide basic operational orientation for customers at delivery

Communicate clearly with dispatch and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach

What Makes You Stand Out

Valid Class A CDL (manual transmission experience required)

2+ years of commercial driving and heavy equipment operation-construction or rental equipment industry STRONGLY preferred

Clean driving record with no serious violations in the last three years

Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction

A self-starter who takes initiative and finds creative solutions on the go
