As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you'll inspire others to join the cause and contribute to the protection of animals in need. Earn a competitive base salary of $25 per hour, plus incredible bonus opportunities that reward your dedication and hard work. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you excel in your role. Plus, there's room for advancement within our organization. We work year-round in all of our markets and have long-term relationships with our Non-Profit partners. Engage with the public to share important initiatives and accomplishments. Encourage individuals to become valued donors, supporting the fight for animal welfare. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing both Threshold Giving and our non-profit partner. A deep passion for animal welfare and a strong desire to create positive change. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with the public. While experience in sales or fundraising is a plus, it's not required – we welcome individuals with a heart for animals. Part-timers welcome!
