Fairview is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Rheumatology practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center Maple Grove . We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.

Practice Details :

  • Openings : 0.8 FTE

Monday Friday, hours dependent on patient needs

  • Patient encounters average 8-12 patients per day
  • One rheumatologist physician at Maple Grove

    • Additional specialist on site to offer real-time consultants

  • Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant training program
  • BC / BE through the NCCPA
  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
  • Ability to obtain and / or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
  • Meet threshold criteria / qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
  • Demonstrated experience in rheumatology is essential
