SaaS Implementation Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, SaaS Implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for SaaS Implementation projects, including communication and status reporting

Create and manage project schedules, detailing dependencies and deadlines

Support and mentor Implementation Project Managers, ensuring competent delivery of SaaS products

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing projects in a software / technical environment

2-3 years of experience supporting customers using web-based services

Proven track record of building strong working relationships with internal and external partners

Organized and detail-oriented with proven project management skills

Experience working with international customers and co-workers across cultures
