Job Title : Bindery Associate Job Description
Join our team as a Bindery Associate, where you will set up and operate bindery equipment, utilizing your mechanical aptitude and experience with tools. This position requires basic math skills and the ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate bindery equipment efficiently.
Utilize mechanical skills to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
Perform basic math tasks such as counting, stacking, and sorting accurately.
Read and follow written work instructions with precision.
Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards in all tasks.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude with experience in using tools.
Basic math skills including number ranges and attention to detail.
Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Entry-level general production experience preferred.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work 12 hours per day, 7 days per week, and adapt to schedule changes based on business needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
