A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support and enhance its Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain compliance with employment laws and recommend best practices
Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles and ensure accuracy
Administer leave programs and guide employees through the application process
Required Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, and / or operations
Experience with HRIS systems
