Do you have a passion for helping those in need who are struggling with Substance Abuse? Do you have experience and knowledge working in a sales environment? This is the position for you!

We are currently seeking motivated representatives to join our admissions team. If you consider yourself the best intake professional with a passion to make a difference, this opportunity is for you! We have been in the business of saving lives for over 25 years. We specialize in providing Sub Acute Detox, Residential treatment, as well as outpatient services.

Schedule :  Flexible schedule available including some weekends and evenings.

Qualified candidates will possess :

  • A clear speaking voice - connects with people immediately; clear speaking and easy to understand.
  • High energy - have no problems with a highly active, fast paced professional setting.
  • Self-Motivation and has the PASSION to help others and make a difference.
  • An undeniable work ethic!
  • Great computer skills.
  • Utilize Call Tracking Matrix and KIPU CRM.

Qualifications and Requirements  (PLEASE  DO NOT apply if you are NOT qualified) - In order to be considered for an interview, you must complete and submit the phone interview portion of this application :

  • Minimum 2 years healthcare admissions / intake experience preferably in addiction treatment or comparable field (strongly preferred).
  • Previous Sales Experience Required
  • A deep passion and experience helping those within crisis situations.
  • A working understanding of Health Insurance
  • A working knowledge of Substance Abuse Treatment
  • Ability to quickly assess (by phone) the acuity and needs of potential clients and make treatment recommendations based on clinical presentation.
  • Must be able to assess the risk of self-harm.
  • Strong understanding of addiction, commonly abused substances and their classification, codependency, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric conditions (strongly preferred).
  • Have an understanding of treatment modalities, levels of care and medication used for these disorders (preferred).
  • Must be able to effectively communicate the benefits of treatment .
  • Strong computer, phone and typing skills are a must
  • Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well with a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining dedication to customer service.
  • Must have strong negotiation skills and be comfortable with assessing / discussing the ability to privately pay for treatment.
  • Knowledge of managed care and insurance as it relates to Substance Abuse benefits is a plus.
  • Must possess a deep-rooted belief in recovery and the Twelve Steps traditions.
