Plaza Mariachi is seeking a reliable, skilled, and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in building upkeep, equipment repairs, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can respond quickly to emergencies, work independently, and handle a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to emergency repair needs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Operate and maintain a pressure washer for cleaning projects.
- Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general building repairs.
- Fix leaks and perform basic mechanical repairs.
- Safely operate power tools and equipment.
- Assist with food and beverage inventory management.
- Receive and organize shipments.
- Operate a forklift for loading / unloading as needed.
- Move and arrange furniture or other heavy items.
- Provide occasional personal maintenance assistance as directed.
