About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager at Veryon plays a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving product positioning, and increasing product adoption across our Tracking and Tracking+ software portfolio.
You will serve as the market intelligence expert , translating industry insights, buyer behavior, and competitive trends into compelling messaging, ICPs, personas, and enablement content.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless alignment between product capabilities, customer needs, and GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, ICPs, and buyer personas.
- Lead product marketing strategy for Tracking and Tracking+, including GTM planning, launch execution, and campaign collaboration.
- Audit, improve, and maintain product marketing assets such as one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, pitch decks, and product videos.
- Partner with Sales to deliver enablement training and establish a structured feedback loop.
- Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to inform product direction and marketing priorities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Standardize and scale processes for product launches and release communications.
- Conduct win / loss analyses, gather customer insights, and create case studies and testimonials.
- Monitor product adoption trends and campaign performance to drive optimization.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Consulting , with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS.Proven expertise in developing ICPs, personas, messaging frameworks, value props, and high-impact marketing collateral.Strong understanding of GTM strategy , the full B2B marketing funnel, and sales enablement best practices.Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and product intelligence.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; strong ownership mindset.Analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.Aviation industry experience is a plus.Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting product launches in a SaaS environment.Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, or product analytics platforms.Background in creating video scripts, case studies, or customer storytelling assets.Exposure to aviation, aerospace, or other technical / regulated industries.Our Core Values :
