Responsibilities :

• Perform and / or monitor daily quality procedures related to all manufacturing and distribution operations
• Assist with building and maintaining all 3rd party feed safety programs and assist with audits as needed.
• Assist with lab duties as needed including filling in during lab employee PDO
• Perform routine training and teaching related to quality objectives
• Conduct routine quality checks for all manufacturing operations
• Investigate and perform necessary corrective action procedures related to any quality issues that arise
• Audit SOP / GMP procedures related to manufacturing and quality operations
• Collect ingredient and feed samples as necessary for internal and / or 3rd party laboratory analysis
• Assist with PM and calibrations for all equipment related the lab and other quality related equipment
• Assist with internal quality audits
• Oversee and routinely audit sanitation procedures conducted at Harbor Drive facility
• Perform other duties as assigned
