Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the National Cyber Range Complex Orlando program to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Responsible for managing scope, cost, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables
• Develop project schedules, define and assign work to engineers and personnel assigned to the program
• Monitor and control work for technical adequacy and provide assistance to resolve technical or customer requirements
• Represent the company as the primary customer contact. Directly interface with the government customers and vendors
• Communicate objectives, directions and guidance to the Contractor team
• Mentor and coach assigned personnel to enhance performance, encourages professional development and documents performance
