• Key Responsibilities :
• Process a high volume of customer applications and associated documentation for distributed energy resources, including solar photovoltaic and battery storage systems up to 5MW.
• Meticulously review all paperwork and applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
• Submit all necessary documentation in a timely and organized manner.
• Conduct thorough service determinations by evaluating work requests for new distributed energy resource interconnections.
• Utilize proprietary software applications and advanced mapping systems to assess service requirements and guide project progression accurately.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures throughout every stage of the application and interconnection process.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to triage work requests and ensure projects move forward efficiently from initial submission to completion.
• Required Skills & Experience :
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Exceptional multi-tasking ability with a high degree of attention to detail.
• A strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
• An engineering background.
