Civil Engineer - Land Development

SITETECH Inc., a civil engineering, land surveying and land development consultant, seeks a Civil Project Design with experience in land development. SITETECH Inc. offers a causal work environment, flexible hours, and the ability to occasionally work from home.

The Civil Project Engineer will design and prepare plans for a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects. Responsibilities include the complete civil design for land development projects including roads, water system, sewer system, storm drains, storm water treatment, hydraulic calculations, and grading design.

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer with expertise in land development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and experience in managing land development projects from conception to completion.

- Assist with the design and development of land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design.

- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and environmental assessments.

- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance and success.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

· Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and all related design features

· Experience in land development projects

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

· Offer creative solutions

· Minimum of 5 years of land development engineering experience is preferred but not required.
