Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is a full-time onsite position with working hours from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance a minimum of five years of experience and proficiency in AMS360 software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts including small middle and large businesses across various industries.

Compensation Package

  • Annual Base Salary : $50000 - $75000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts including small middle and large businesses.
  • Quote new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in AMS360 software.
  • Support the agencys generalist approach while also working with niche accounts including Non-Profits Fraternal Organizations HOAs the Auto Industry and Education sectors.

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
  • Licenses / Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
