Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Associate where you will engage in invoice processing and process documentation. You will play a key role in assisting with the integration of Accounts Payable processes in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Process and document invoices efficiently.
• Assist with the integration and implementation of Accounts Payable processes.
• Work in collaboration with a team to manage high-volume Accounts Payable tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of over 150 invoices per day, with an aim to increase efficiency to 200 invoices per day.
• Maintain metrics for invoices older than 30 days, incorrect invoice submissions, and ensure payments are made on time.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency with Oracle is mandatory.
• Strong adaptability to change and a desire to embrace new technologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in integration and implementation is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a large Accounts Payable team and a high-volume environment is preferred.

Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid working model with four days on-site and one day working from home. The office is located in a spacious, multi-story building in West End, providing a vibrant environment for transformation and growth. The team comprises over ten members based in Minnesota, with a total of 17 in the company's Accounts Payable division. The team is divided into Associates focusing on invoice processing and Analysts managing mailboxes and projects.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
