Kids Club Attendant

Job Type : Part-time

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Kids Club Attendants, catering to the youngest members of our fitness community.

Position Overview : As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and positive and engaging experience for the little ones visiting Gold's Gym PNW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for working with children and aspire to contribute to the well-being of our "future body builders."

Responsibilities :

Childcare : Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 mo to 12 years old while their parents enjoy their workout.

Engagement : Organize and facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts to keep children entertained and active.

Safety First : Ensure the well-being of all children by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and sanitized play area.

Communication : Effectively communicate with parents regarding their child's activities, behavior, and any special instructions.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with fellow Kids Club Attendants and gym staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications :

• Must be at least age 18.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive and fun atmosphere.
• Basic understanding of child development and safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
