Job Description :
An onsite engineer with assembly fixture development expertise is required at customer location to coordinate with manufacturing engineer, inputs and requirement gathering, fetch device and manufacturing data required for fixture design, review and deliver the required design outputs and support TFIQ activities.
Work scope involved below listed activities :
Assembly fixture concept design, concept drawing creation & tolerance stack up.
Assembly fixture detailed CAD design models, 2D drawings & submission for release process.
CAD Data deliverables will be made in Creo / SolidWorks 2023 format.
Coordinate with manufacturing engineer for data required for fixture design, review and deliver the required design outputs
Coordinate with Infosys offshore team to get the work done and review and deliver.
Support TFIQ activities - Qualification report filling for each fixture in specified forms by onsite coordinator
Project planning, Schedule management and adherence etc.
