What is a "FLEX Officer"? The FLEX Officer reports directly to the FLEX Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Our shifts are standardly 8-hour shifts, with some being 4, 6, 10, or 12 hours.

Schedule : Flexible, changing week to week as needed at multiple sites. Must be available any day of the week!

$20.00 / hr starting pay - Full-time

Hiring for all shifts (flexible availability is required). No security experience necessary. Growth opportunity available. Valid driver's license required.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Must have a GED or high school diploma
• Walking / standing for long periods
• Flexible work availability
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
• At least 18 years old
• Flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area
• Ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card- we will assist you in applying for this after accepting an offer of employment!
