Role Overview

We are partnering with a client of ours to identify an experienced UI Path Engineering Lead. This consultant will lead the design, development, delivery, and stabilization of enterprise-scale automation solutions, while also driving the migration of automation workloads from on-premise to the cloud. With over 400 active automations currently in production, this role requires strategic oversight and hands-on technical skill to help execute a cloud-first automation strategy.

This position plays a key role in aligning RPA capabilities with broader digital transformation initiatives and will work cross-functionally with business, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable, performant, and secure solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze and assess business processes to determine automation feasibility and prioritize migrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
• Drive cloud migration of automation workloads, ensuring minimal disruption and high performance in new environments.
• Implement and optimize UiPath's Document Understanding and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) capabilities.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor to other RPA developers, ensuring adherence to automation best practices.
• Create and manage reusable components and assets across business process patterns.
• Define error handling, logging, authentication, and performance tuning within automation solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to architect and govern cloud-based automation platforms.
• Provide ongoing production support and help define long-term RPA governance and standards.
• Deliver training and support to internal teams and end users on new automation tools and practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
