Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by making outbound calls to fleet operations, diesel shops, and performance retailers
Respond to customer inquiries and guide them through product offerings and promotions
Manage a new business pipeline and maintain accurate records using a CRM system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Technical knowledge of diesel engines and aftermarket performance parts
Experience in sales, preferably in the diesel performance industry
Ability to engage with B2C and B2B customers effectively
Experience with CRM systems for managing customer interactions
Understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques
