Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support the Network and Security Manager and network engineering team with the design, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of our enterprise network across on-prem, branch, and hybrid environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network tickets, including LAN / WAN issues, rewall - related problems, and connectivity incidents.
• Perform routine break / x work, rmware updates, and hardware / software upgrades for rewalls, switches, and other network appliances.
• Implement rewall policy changes and assist with ongoing rewall rule maintenance and cleanup.
• Install and congure network devices (routers, switches, rewalls) under guidance from senior engineers.
• Maintain accurate network topology diagrams for headquarters, branches, and WAN infrastructure.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with the network team.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for network-related escalations.
• Perform and verify backups of network device congurations.
• Handle additional network or security projects as assigned.
