Key Responsibilities
Create On-Target-Earning modeling and draft compensation plans for growth team roles
Track team performance against quotas and provide updates to leadership
Process monthly commission and bonus payments accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10 years of experience in compensation-focused roles, including incentive plans
