Program Coordinator, Public Health (Spanish Speaking)

The Program Coordinator supports the operational and administrative functions of a multi-year program designed to shrink health disparities in the San Gabriel Valley. This is a part-time grant funded position that will end on 11 / 30 / 2025, with the possibility of an extension until 11 / 30 / 2026. We require all employees to comply with our Mandatory Vaccination Policy. As a condition of employment individuals will be asked to provide proof of compliance.

Main Responsibilities :

• Conduct door-to-door surveys and assessments in the assigned areas of the San Gabriel Valley
• Support planning and coordination of a program activities and operations
• Coordinate and maintain applicable program schedules and agendas, which may include tracking deadlines, deliverables, communication with management and / or stakeholders
• Help deliver general welfare interventions to the assigned communities of the San Gabriel Valley
• Use software apps and tools to collect and report relevant data tracking community health metrics
• Other duties as assigned by the Program and Area Managers

In accordance with CA law, the expected pay range for this CA position is posted with this position.
