Work Period : February 2026 to May 2026

Location & Schedule : This is a part-time15 to 16 hour / week position with two 8-hour days or three 5-hour days onsite in Needham MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range : Ranges from $26 / hr - $35 / hr . Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role : This part-time Consumer Insights Intern will support quantitative and qualitative research to influence SharkNinjas development of 5-star products. The ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive have strong project management skills interest in market research and demonstrate strong strategic and critical thinking skills. He / she will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of data sources and stakeholders including Brand and Product Development.

Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do :

• Support and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer research for trends insights and new product development.
• Assist in the development management and execution of research plans.
• Translate feedback including latent needs and dissatisfaction into innovation recommendations.
• Identify potential unmet customer needs that form the basis for new product / feature offerings.
• Collaborate and plan customer research strategies and manage internal resources to successfully deliver on plans.

Salary and Other Compensation : The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
